I Like You AnyhowStanding on the curb in front of the hospital, well inside the yellow line that means “no smoking in here”, I take a long drag off my discount cigarette and make eyes at the young doctor coming out of the building with blood down the front of his scrubs. I know he wants to tell me to put it out, but the moment he catches my eye the desire drops off his face. I’ve been getting good at that look since you came in here.
